quick question for Robi…

Robi,
I am so confused. I have been reading as much as I can and basically, one thing
that can slow you down is if you dont take in enough protien and fat, correct?
IF you dont then your body will go into ’starvation mode” am I right on thinking
that? What do you do when you just arent hungry? Make yourself eat? Is that the
right thing to do? I am also confused because on the AtkinsCentral.com site,
they say it is okay for you to have the Morning Start bars during phase 1.. aka
Induction. They also say it is okay to have the Advantage bars during that phase
as well. Any clarity you can give me will be most appreciated. : )
