I have decided to keep a journal today (at least) and count my
carbs. I was so excited last week because I had lost 11 lbs and then
the scale said I lost 5 more within a few days. I figured I was out
of my stall. But now it looks like I’m losing and gaining the same
couple of pounds over and over. I’m back now to only having lost 11
lbs. Could be the scale, it’s not very accurate. But in that case, I
haven’t lost anything for about 3 weeks.
I’m thinking I’m eating too much “dessert” type food, too much
cheese. I am going to start making my dessert with just the whipping
cream or at least measure the cream cheese carefully so I know how
many carbs I’m getting.
I also started drinking alot more water yesteday and to my surprise
I’m not going to the bathroom all the time. So I was probably a
little dehydrated and that will cause a stall in weight loss.
I don’t want to be “bound” to this diet and carb counting. It’ll
never work for me if I do. But I at least need to know how may carbs
I’m eating and shave back where I can.
