10 Days Down…

Hi All. I’m Diana from Chicago. Have been lurking for a few days
and enjoy reading all of the posts. My husband and I started this
about 10 days ago and I’m down 7#s and he’s down about 10. We seem
to be doing ok as neither of us wants to be the first to cave. I
figure if he can give up fries, I can give up chocolate.
I’ve really enjoyed the tips that have been shared with regards to
new and different foods and would like to hear more. Last night for
dinner I had the BLT without the bread that someone suggested and it
was great.
I was wondering how the low-carb bars can be low carb when they have
about 20 and on OWL you’re only allowed 20 or so. Seems to me that
isn’t very low. Unless I’m looking at the wrong bars?
