Breakfast Muffin

serves 6 2.5 carbs per “muffin”
6 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 lb. ground sausage
6 oz. grated cheese
salt and pepper
Cook sausage, crumbling as you cook. Scramble eggs with cream and
salt and pepper. Spray muffin tins with Pam, divide sausage between
tins, pour in egg mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for
15 minutes. These store well in the refrigerator for several days
and can be popped in the microwave to reheat. Some recipes call for
crumbled bacon instead of sausage.

Fauxtato Salad Part Deux

4 peeled large diced and cooked Kohlrabi bulbs (1/2 cup has 4 gms carb 2
gms fiber)
1 Hard Boiled egg, chopped
1 Stalk chopped celery
1/4 -1/3 cup Mayonaise
Squirt of Mustard
salt and pepper
Put it all together, Eat
Note: try to let the cooked Kohlrabi drain very well.

CREPES - PROTEIN POWDER

1/4 cup protein powder
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup cream
Blend ingredients and fry on a non-stick surface with
butter or oil. They burn easily. Makes 2 six inch crepes.
VARIATIONS:
For seafood crepes, make a white cream sauce with
shrimp or crab and use as filling
For cream cheese crepes, whip cream cheese with
orange or lemon flavoring (or flavoring of choice) and
either serve with cream cheese spread over top of crepe or
as a filling.

Red Lobster Garlic Cheese Biscuits

From: Sarah Yelton at Barbo’s Low Carb Kitchen
(Low-Carb Bread Subsitute Recipes)
3 whole eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups soy bake mix (like Atkins)
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup water (add slowly)
1 1/2 teaspoons butter extract (optional)
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all the ingredients together. (The dough will be almost like
cookie dough.) Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake
at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are slightly
golden.
Makes either 18 biscuits @ . 75 grams each or 12 biscuits @ 2.0 grams
each.
** Note: These biscuits freeze well for a short time.

lose fat. how does it work. i bought strips to use to test. where

induction…owl…maintenance….fat fast….eating Easter
candy…..LOL…..For good health you need to drink the water, it’s not just
for losing weight…..

What do you all use for making deviled eggs and egg salad? I mean
for the mayo .. I use Miricle Whip .. I find it has a lot of carbs
in it. Well I consider it a lot when fitday adds carbs to even my
eggs, I have to watch it ya know.

Atkins Friends - Missing

Has anyone else noticed that Barbara in Holland has not posted anythig in quite
awhile? I hope that she is ok and she reads this not and lets us know she is
ok. The last I remember is that she had made a friend and they were taking
walks together.
