So FRUSTRATED!!

Its been a week tomorrow on this diet..and as far as i can see..i havent gone
over the 20 of carbs that i can have..and i havent lost one pound..nor one
inch..i am gettin so frustrated…anyone have ANY suggestions? I’ve done this
diet before..a few years ago..and had NO problems..i just dont get it..but i am
just about ready to throw the towel in..so any help would be appreciated!!

    I’ve been eating 2 eggs w/ a small amt of cheese for breakfast..for lunch its

    From what I read on your reply you are not eating enough and
    especially not enough fat.
    Also, I don’t know for others but I can’t eat the Advantage bars and
    lose weight so if I were you I’d wait until you have lost some
    weight before eating the bars.
    Last but not least, are you exercising? It is essential.

    well its offical…i cheated today..just a little bit..but i did..i’ve been
    so down on not losing ANY weight..that in a moment of weakness i ate a handful
    of jelly beans…well i think i got that out of my system…now back on to
    strict induction..the bars are gone..the shakes are gone..i am eating NOTHING
    but
    allowable foods as of today…gonna start over new…so keep your fingers
    crossed and hopefully i’ll get to losing..i hate being weak..i am usually very
    good about this sort of thing..just lost my control for a moment..on the good
    side..my honey is down almost 10 pounds in a week n a half..so i am lookin at
    him for inspiration…
