Starting again, mad at myself

    Hi Amy-I am Paula, and I am new to this group also. I am just starting the
    Adkins diet, trying to start off slow, we are going out of town this weekend,
    so I thought, Tuesday I will hit it full force. My downfall is gonna be
    sweets. I need to loose at least 50 lbs. minimum. My BP is high and I am very
    unhealthy. I begged my doctor for diet pills to get me going and he said NO
    WAY,
    to try Adkins.
