I go running/walking in the morning, come home, get mom washed up, clean her pins, change badages, throw dinner together. When I wake up, I lift for an hour, come home throw dinner in, grab a shower. By George, I think I got it!!!!ANd in between, I get lunch, (dad get's breakfast), and do my thing!
