Found my magic I think…

Gained some weight, but in the last few days I have really dropped what I gained
and then some.
I know that every one is different. We all need to find what works for us. And
then we need to find out which “tricks” we can add to make us not go nuts but
still allow us to lose weight. Know what I mean?
Anyway, I found I was eating too many pork rinds, too much bacon, not enough
water - I really have to drink more than 100 oz. And more exercise - even though
I had upped that one anyway it wasn’t enough. Now, I can still have my chocolate
whipped cream, and soda (diet rite), and chocolate bar - more on that in the
next post.
I am now 192.5 and that was after eating some breakfast! So, I have 2.5 lbs to
get to my half way mark. :O)
I’m hoping that I can be at half way before Jacobs 1st birthday so I can take
some pictures of me with my birthday boy. :o) Then one week later is my Maggie’s
4th birthday, we will need more pics then. :o)
