Is it really cheating?

Ok, I know alot of people are really against using any of the bars on
induction, but I’ve found that having a occasional bar, (or a sugar
free chocolate bar) or splenda and whipped topping and cream cheese
for dessert really helps me.
But i guess I’m really getting paranoid, and wondering if it’s really
all that bad?
I’ve been on induction for ten days now and have lost ten lbs…so
it’s working for me.
Also, how would you tell if you out of ketosis???
