constipation
Wow now doesn’t the title say it all??? LOL
I read somewhere what to do for this but can’t remember what it is
people are taking for this? Can someone enlighten me please???

someone said to take pysllium..i am going to be taking herbal stuff..my
neighbor sells all herbal products..so i will be picking that up from her
today..l

actually i have been moving right along now that i have been drinking
right..moving to the bathroom..the toilet paper companies are going to love
me..i am
buying the cheap stuff for sure..geri
