		<description>Thanks for the info... I did that this AM. I broke my vitamin in
half.... So far so good. I also took it with a bit of food. I usually
take my vitamins before I leave for work [on an empty stomache]. I
don't eat anything till I get to my desk... Odd how vitamins can make
you sick. I used to be so good at taking vitamins.... [of course I
used to be as fit as can be, haha].... after I had my daughter I
started to slack off on taking care of me, which included not taking
my vitmins... guess my body has to adjust to healthy things. Go figure.
