Well, Thanks to all you out there that supported me, I made it through today
and ate not one thing off the atkins way of eating!!! It is 11:30 and I am
headed to bed with 1 day of success behind me! I am excited. Tomorrow is a
new day and I hope that I can be as successful tomorrow!!! It is exciting to
make it thru today. I know I can do this!!! It just seems harder this time
than when I first started Atkins. Wonder why that is??? Anyway, Thanks

OK..i slipped BIG TIME..i ate birthday cake yesterday..doritos..chips…and
then cupcakes today;…i SUCK lol…i need to go on that fat fast..and need
some ideas QUICK..PLEASE…i have to go easy on the cream…bothers my
tummy..cant have sour cream or cream cheese..PLEASE i am begging you.send me
some ideas
on what i can eat on the fat fast..i love cheese i really SHOULD NOT eat
nuts..because my youngest is SEVERELY allergic to them..and it would make me a
wreck to eat them around her…too dangerous..i NEED to get myself losing
again..i
stalled big time…and got discouraged..and slipped…so i went from 228…to
225..down to 214 at one point..i am back up to 221 earlier today…afraid to
even go near the scale now…so if SOMEONE COULD PLEASE HELP…i need to know
what to eat..how much…like i said..i am at about 221 now or so..i just need
some support here..mentally and food wise…it would greatly help..i am
getting really down..i am happy for my fiance…he started out at like 227 and
hes
down to 199. but i wish i was doin as well…so here i go…SOS calling all
HELPERS lol

I slipped a little over the weekend. I drank 10 beers. Had a lot of fun, though.
LOL I haven’t drank in months so it is surprising that I wasted my carbs on beer
instead of chocolate!! I am back on track now.
FINE
This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you
need to shut up.

If she is getting dressed, this is half an hour. Five minutes is only five
minutes if you have just been given 5 more minutes to watch the game before
helping around the house.

This is the calm before the storm. This means “something,” and you should be

O.K. - here I go on the fat fast. So far today I’ve had 1/4 c. heavy
cream in my large cup of coffee and 8 peperonies with 1 oz. of cream
cheese! I was wondering if I could put a lemon slice in my water
with a packet of Splenda? I don’t want to mess this up! Needless to
say, I’m hungry too! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Okay , I know I have said this before but today is the day that I am getting
back to the atkins way of life!!!! I have been eating too many treats lately!
I am back on strict induction today!! I need some support here guys! I
just can’t seem to get going again! I have been on and off since April 9th. I
have gained about 7 lbs back of the 31 lbs!!! Sharon
Today is weigh-in day for the challenge and I lost 2 more lbs! I am such a
slow loser anymore so I just set 5 lbs as my goal. I would love to be under 190
for the first time in over 20 years! I am almost there.
I wish everyone luck and hope that you post your losses here as well as the
database so everyone can see and be encouraged to continue to fight.
We are all big losers!! Yayyyyy!!!

I’m on my sixth week of induction and waver between a 13-9 lbs loss…
I am thinking of adding some fruits to my diet, but I’ve lent my book
out so am not sure what I can add?
Also, I’m starting to get leg and foot cramps, what up with that?
