Scale

I am not doing very well. I am sticking to the diet but I am not losing anything
like I had hoped:( The scale isn’t showing much of a loss & my jeans aren’t
really much looser, either. What is wrong with me??!! I can’t even lose 10 lbs.
Ugh!!

    You would think you could eat as much lettuce as you wanted since it is so low
    cal….I guess the extra carbs must make a difference. I added a piece of bread
    to my daily menu. It has 6 carbs but it must really stall weight-loss. I just
    can’t get on the “egg kick” lately. The one slice of toast helps while forcing
    the egg down. LOL
