Challenge weigh-in
Today is weigh-in day for the challenge and I lost 2 more lbs! I am such a
slow loser anymore so I just set 5 lbs as my goal. I would love to be under 190
for the first time in over 20 years! I am almost there.
I wish everyone luck and hope that you post your losses here as well as the
database so everyone can see and be encouraged to continue to fight.
