I am starting again today

Okay , I know I have said this before but today is the day that I am getting
back to the atkins way of life!!!! I have been eating too many treats lately!
I am back on strict induction today!! I need some support here guys! I
just can’t seem to get going again! I have been on and off since April 9th. I
have gained about 7 lbs back of the 31 lbs!!! Sharon

    Okay Sharon, here’s some support for you:
    I was down to 164 for 2 long and lonely months. Then I jumped up 2.5
    lbs in one week. I got back on induction a week ago yesterday. I
    weigh 161.5 as of yesterday. So: I went from 164 to 166.5 and in one
    week lost FIVE lbs going back on induction. I am 8 tiny ounces from
    having lost 50 lbs.
    If *I* can get back on induction, you can too!!! Maybe YOU can be
    down 5 lbs by this time next week!!
