ARRRRRRRRGH HELP PLEASE!!!
OK..i slipped BIG TIME..i ate birthday cake yesterday..doritos..chips…and
then cupcakes today;…i SUCK lol…i need to go on that fat fast..and need
some ideas QUICK..PLEASE…i have to go easy on the cream…bothers my
tummy..cant have sour cream or cream cheese..PLEASE i am begging you.send me
some ideas
on what i can eat on the fat fast..i love cheese i really SHOULD NOT eat
nuts..because my youngest is SEVERELY allergic to them..and it would make me a
wreck to eat them around her…too dangerous..i NEED to get myself losing
again..i
stalled big time…and got discouraged..and slipped…so i went from 228…to
225..down to 214 at one point..i am back up to 221 earlier today…afraid to
even go near the scale now…so if SOMEONE COULD PLEASE HELP…i need to know
what to eat..how much…like i said..i am at about 221 now or so..i just need
some support here..mentally and food wise…it would greatly help..i am
getting really down..i am happy for my fiance…he started out at like 227 and
hes
down to 199. but i wish i was doin as well…so here i go…SOS calling all
HELPERS lol
