Well, my stick is always purple or pink… so I am constantly in
Ketosis. By now, I figure I’d be skin and bones. LOL, yeah right. Not
sure why the weight isn’t coming off… I mean it is… but it’s not
dropping as quickly as my first 2 weeks… Oh well… I’m trying not to
fret. As long as my sticks are pink (better yet, purple), I’m ok with
this. My pants are finally loose… and I can practically take them off
without undoing them … too bad I am still not one full size smaller.
Plus I just hate it when I get my pants out of the dryer…. they fit
SOOO snug and makes me wonder if I ever really lost any weight. Then I
just rationalize it by telling myself my pants shrink in the dryer….
Even the D@mn dryer seems to be telling me i need to keep going. Heh.
I went to 6-flags today and let me tell you… no shelter for the
    lo-carbers… Good god. if I were a diabetic I’d be S@rewed…. nothing
healthy to eat. And I decided talking my 4 year old to 6 flags is going
to help and become a regular part of my “exercise” routine. Since it’s
still hard forme to walk, I think once a week or every two weeks at
6-flags will benefit my daughter and me… I think I walked 3 weeks
worth of “around the blocks.” LOL… plus I drank water crazy. Only next
time I am bringing food in a cooler… for me. It’s har to figure out
carb intake for the cr@p you get at places like that…. I just figure
I ate a days worth at one meal. It’s amazing what’s in this stuff. So we
came home and for dinner I ate an alvacado with a bit of carb free
dressing. I went over my carb intake, I know I did… but hey, the stick
is still dark pink (40). So I guess I am ok, right?
Anyways… hopefully everyone is having a good week! It’s so great to
see all these great stories! Hopefully the Fat Fasters will stick with
it… Lord knows I wouldn’t… but then again, as well as I am doing on
this, I bet I could. It’s unbelievable how motivated I am and this board
    helps profusely!
