I’m new and I have some questions
Hi everyone, my name is Sara and I started Atkins Monday, June 7. I
have to say that this is the hardest diet I’ve ever been on. I have
been addicted to sodas and bread for too long. I’ve been feeling
really awful the past few days, but one of my friends says that I
should be feeling really great soon. I was wondering how soon I
should start to see some weight loss. I would also like to know if
anyone has any good ideas as far as food goes. I don’t have a lot of
money to spend on groceries (I’m a student), and I don’t get full off
of deli meat and salad. Thanks!
