Induction Success…so far

Well fell Inductees (is that a word?) I have been on it for one week now -
my second time starting it. 290 pounds when I started. I am into that
feeling of having lots of energy, not being hungry and no headaches. Also I
tested
for ketones… I am putting out the required amount which pleased me after
just one week. I even baked snickerdoodle cookies for a neighbour and fresh
peach cobbler for my hubby and didn’t even have a craving for any. That is when
I know it’s working. My exercise regimen has been daily - 50 laps of the
pool, a one mile walk and tae bo. I know this will help my weight loss. It is
the only thing I didn’t do last time in induction.
I feel in control for the first time since last September. I find myself
making good choices when I have eaten out this week, choosing veges, lean meats.
This is the feeling I have missed. This time is it for me…I honestly don’t
think I can start again if I fail so I’m going to try my hardest not to.
