Hooked…
I have gotten myself hooked on cream cheese and alvacado. OMG! Bad bad
bad… but so good good good! For breakfast this am I ate a cream cheese
ham roll up with alvacado slices. Soooo tastey (and only a few carbs)!
Ad so far, it’s not stalling me! Yay

I forgot about the calorie content :(… there’s always a downside to
the yummy things…
I limit myself to 1 1/2 per week… They are also high in nutrients…
and oddly enough, they are classified as a fruit… atleast in Atkins
Carb Count Book. The good thing about the ‘cados and the cream cheese…
they are SOOO rich and satisfy my hinger with only a little bit. Adding
a bit of avacado to ranch salad dressing tops off the perfect (fake)
taco salad…
