Easy Oven Creamy Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 T butter
1 t thyme
2/3 c mayonnaise
1/3 c sour cream
1/3 c grated parmesan cheese (NOT the kind from the can!)
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Saute
chicken for 5 minutes per side, or until lightly browned. Place in a baking
pan.
Sprinkle with thyme. Combine mayo, sour cream and parmesan cheese in a bowl;
spoon over chicken. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until brown and crusty
