stalling

Ok… I have officially hit my first stall. Dang it!
I think no more cream cheese… I have not gained weight… but I am not
loosing… and I have PLENTY to loose. I just reread that Jump-Start
Your Diet By Summer Ameen Kelly
Special for eDiets and it makes me feel a little better but I am
disappointed since I didn’t hit my goal for the month. Over the weeks I
have added little things here and there … but I think I might go back
to the strict induction phase. The thing that kills me… I am still in
ketosis… but wth? It’s making no difference. I have been in ketosis
since day 5… you;d think the weight would be falling off! So I was
measuring myself… it’s not even going away there. Then again I may not
be measuring myself correctly… My butt has not shrunk nor has my
thighs… but my belly and boobes are… (I stress) SLIGHTLY!
*sigh*
This sucks rocks…

    Hi. My name is Tanu. I started Atkins on August 1st and have lost 6 pounds
    since then. I was 202 when I started and today I’m 196. I have been in
    ketosis since I started and thought for sure I would lose more than 6 pounds
    in induction, but I’ve been stalling for more than a week. I lost the 6
    pounds in the first week itself and then after that, nothing. I did have
    TTOM during that time, so I thought that was the reason for the stall, but
    that’s over and still nothing. Am I doing something wrong?? I’m still in
    ketosis……..haven’t gone out of it even once……….keeping my carbs
    under 20 and getting all my water in. What could be the problem?? This is
    driving me crazy cuz the scale just won’t go down!!
