I’m so excited!
Ok ok ok! I am so excited and forgot to tell you all. I saw on FOX 5 news
that tehre was a DR on there and you could call in and ask questions. So I
DID being that FOX 5 news in the morning is my favorite show. I even joke to
my BF that I know them so well cause I watch them everyday. Well anyhow I
called in and asked the DR “I have about 80 pounds to lose. How do you feel
about the Atkins diet being that there is so much controversy about it.” He
said “Atkins is a wonderful way to loose weight. Especialy if you have a lot
to lose. A lot of people think because tehre is so much fat and protien that
your colestoral would be shooting through the roof but that is not so.
Actually people on Atkins have lower colesteral that most people.” And
please forgive me because I forgot what else he said about why it is lower.
I was just so darn excited to be on the news and talking with my favorite
news anchors Cher Calvin and Josh Talkingtom and Ted Pretty.!
