some questions….

I have been doing Atkins now for a little bit over a month. I have lost
about 16 pounds so far and that’s good, but I have some questions maybe you all
can help me with.
My treat for the day is a bar….has been an Atkins bar, but I’d like to
venture out to other brands. Does anyone know which brands are ok for those of
us
doing Atkins?
How long do people usually stay on induction. I haven’t left it yet,
however, have just recently purchases a pint of Atkins icecream…WOW!! I love
it,
how bad is it for me to be eating it?
I was at a party on Saturday last week. I was really really good with the
exception of maybe a few more wines that what is allowed…..like 5 glasses of
white Z diluted with Sierra Mist. And maybe a few too many nuts, but my
question is, I went out of ketosis and I haven’t gone back in yet….any advise?
Suggestions?
Does anyone know about those new salads at McDonalds, particularly the Fiesta
Salad, is that ok, if we take out the carots and the chips?
One final, and fun question………does anyone have any difficulty with
their digestive system, mainly, it’s been SEVERAL days, well since Sunday when I
woke up with diarhea, which is my thank you gift for cheating, since then it’s
been nothing? How long do I wait, anything I can do or eat to speed it up?

    If you are having trouble getting back into ketosis, maybe go back
    on strict induction until you do. Everybody is different, but
    avoiding the atkins bars, nuts and icecream for a while may help.
    Are you eating enough veggies. Veggies are loaded with fiber and
    might help get your digestive track moving along.
