Atkins diet blog

Hi everyone. I’m attempting my 3rd start at the Atkins life change
(notice I didn’t call it a diet). I fell off the 2nd wagon yesterday
and ate two candy bars. I have a major sweet tooth that can handle
about one week without sweets, then bang, the cravings hit. I am in
the severely overweight category according to the chart on this site.
I am 5′6″ and weigh 175 lbs. I did weigh 182 until 2 weeks ago and I
lost that much when I started Atkins again. I want to get to 140,
that’s where my name comes from. I was trying to think positive when
coming up with my name. So, back to the sweet tooth problem. Anyone
else out there having problems or had problems with a sweet tooth and
can give me advice? By the way, I’ve never made it through induction
without cheating on sweets. Help!!

Just wanted to share the good news with you all. Everybody in here
has been so supportive; I owe my success in part to this group.
Gotta get in gear to lose the last 15-20 lbs….

I have gotten myself hooked on cream cheese and alvacado. OMG! Bad bad
bad… but so good good good! For breakfast this am I ate a cream cheese
ham roll up with alvacado slices. Soooo tastey (and only a few carbs)!
Ad so far, it’s not stalling me! Yay

I remeber someone having a debit card stolen. Hope this helps a little.
Debit Cards Are Not Credit Cards
Debit cards and credit cards are not created equal. For one, with a debit
card, the money is automatically taken out of your account when you purchase
something. In the case of a credit card, you pay at the end of the month.
However, the biggest difference is in the legal protection that you have. Unlike
with a credit card, you don’t have the right to dispute a claim. If your debit
card is stolen and items are charged to it, however, most companies will
match the $50 credit-card loss limit. However, since the money has already
vacated your account, it could take some time for the money to be put back into
the
account.

1 can tuna (well drained)
2 chopped hardboiled eggs,
A little chopped onion (2 slices) or 2 cut up scallions,
Some chopped herb (parsley, dill, cilantro) or 1/4-1/2 tsp dried herb,
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. cider vinegar or lemon juice
A big handful of chopped lettuce (you could use celery or green pepper, but
why?)
Mayonnaise to taste
I use solid white or chunk white, whichever I can get that doesn’t have
hydrolized soy protein (aka MSG).

My 17 year old son has just joined me on Atkins and I’m looking for
some teen friendly ideas

the Palm Beach Princess goes out twice a day every day from the Port of Palm
Beach down here in Florida. It cost us $15 for our ticket which included the
buffett. I did good with the eating, stayed with fish, chicken, shrimp and
salad…then one $150.00 so I had fun!

. I was 180 or so. I remember back then about 5 years ago
when this was taken that I felt fat but Jeeeeese! I looked great!
I woulod give anything to look like that again.
