No-bake Cheesecake

This sounds so good to me!
No-Bake Cheesecake

2 lbs cream cheese, beaten till soft and fluffy
1 tub any flavor Crystal Lite–I like Raspberry
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 cups of water
Soften gelatin in cold water then heat water in microwave till gelatin melts.
Add Crystal light to this and beat it into the cream cheese. Chill till
firm–Yummy!!!!!!
(Note from Magic: I made this in a pretty ring mold with Crystal Light lemonade
and served it with a pile of fresh strawberries, delicious!
You could also make a crust from ground nuts, Splenda, and melted butter, if you
were so inclined.)
(for those avoiding aspartame, try unsweetened Koolaid and Splenda in place of
the Crystal Lite)

    Actually, it’s on the inside of the Philly Cream Çheese Package. I don’t
    have the exact recipe in front of me… I’d just add in the ingredients
    to your taste…. A Package of Cream Cheese and beat until smooth. Add
    Splenda (1/4 cup ??? or to your liking; maybe a little less) and
    Vanillia Extract … beat until Whipped and smooth. My mom adds 1/2 tub
    of cool whip to add more flavor but I leave it out b/c it’s fewer carbs
    and taste just as good. Pour into a pie pan (no pie shells!!!!) and Let
    stand in fridge for 1 hour to cool, and firm up. Cut and serve.
