		<description>Rosie -
Mendocino Forest Products is the company I work for... we are a timber
company in Northern CA and produce Redwood fencing and decking.
Since I'm on my work e-mail, the system automatically adds that
footer...
Have a nice weekend!

<description>I would marinate some chicken breasts (the low-carb teriyaki is great!).
Put them on a cookie sheet and stick them in the freezer. Once they are
frozen individually, you can take them off and put them in a ziplock bag
(that way they won't freeze together).
If you take them out of the freezer in the morning when you leave, they
should be thawed by lunch-time and they taste great cold. I do this for
lunch at work a lot, too!
