15 lbs
I was cruising the aisles at the grocery store today and as usual, since I have
no pets, I skipped the pet food aisle. As I shopped, I started thinking about
how happy I am that I’ve lost 15 lbs so far. Then I thought, “I wonder how much
15 lbs actually weighs?” So back I trotted to the pet food aisle. I picked up
a 10lb bag and a 5lb bag of dog food and Voila! Holy cow is that a lot of
weight!
Yay for me and all of us who have dropped weight!
For those who are starting out and are discouraged that they’ve only lost 5 or
10 pounds, go grab a bag or two of Puppy Chow next time you’re at the market!
