question about cheese
ok……I was told a cube of cheese is 1 oz. Which means you can only have 4
cubes of cheese a day, right? Well I was looking on my package of cubed
cheese andit says 8 pieces are a serving and there are 50 cubes in the package
and
the package weighs 8 ounces and there are 7 servings in the bag. So, that
would not make a cube of cheese an ounce! Help, I want to know the truth!!

RIght , but what about other types of cheese. I know maximum of 4 oz but it
is hard to tell how many ounces you are eating unless you eat the slices.

that’s a rough estimate. Go by the bag. I always counted 2 cubes as 1 oz.

well, if there are 50 cubes and 8 oz in the bag…..it would be more than 2
cubes an ounce. Sharon
