start
today what can i eat and how much should i lose in the first month. How much
have others lost in the first month?
Well I am 40 male and a fat pig. I am 5′6 male weight 245. I was down to 225
a couple of months ago using the starvation method, but i fell off and eat like
a
pig again. Oink Oink.
I dont mind being fat but its better being thin. Ok I am trying the atkins how
much can i lose in the first couple weeks and how much in one month if i dont
blow it. What do i eat any help. IS THIS HARD
Hi-
Im kind of old member. Been getting the posts of the group
for several months. Maybe even over a year.
Just now starting to catch on that Atkins is a life
changing alternative for those of us battling weight struggles.
I have enjoyed reading posts and feel like I know some of you already.
Ok- since Im trying to get serious about the Atkins way of life.
Any pointers on how to get going in the most effective way.
Such as - things to look out for — situations to avoid —
tips for getting through temptations —– snacks to help me
over humps-……….etc. etc. etc.
Im hoping to draw on your experience to really get a good start. I think
motivation is the hardest thing to grab ahold of.
Thanks - Ill appreciate anything that anyone can pass along.

Land O Lakes makes a SF whipped topping, with splenda.
If you whip heavy cream with your mixer for a couple of minutes and maybe
add a pack of splenda you will get better whipped topping than you could
ever imagine!

Okay, so today I must have weighed myself 3-4 times before believing it, but I
lost ONE pound! WHOOHOO. It only has taken me 6 weeks to get there. Damn,
Inever thought I’d be so excited over ONE pound! LOL
Maybe I’m outta this stall now! I’m excited….

4-5 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (Buttermilk)
1/2-1 lb. Bacon
2 cups. Mixed Shredded Cheese (try pepper jack or jalapeno cheese for a
zippy flavor)
Arrange chicken breasts at bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle dressing on
top. Lay bacon across to cover all and top with cheese. Bake covered at 350
degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake open for an additional 15
minutes.
