Lost off in carb land…..

Oh boy oh boy where do I start! Not sure why but I fell again. I have been
off for two weeks and I have to wait till the first to start back up. I have
been eatingeverything and anything. My mail stopped from you guys, not sure
why but I kind of used that as an excuse because then I did not have to get
on here and tell you guys how horrible I have been…….Help!!!!!!

    Well your back! that’s all that matters… It’s an ongoing battle and
    soon enough you’ll be able to squash those cravings! Get lots of yummy
    food ready and I learned I miss the crunchy foods… I’ve leared to like
    pork rind… great with a little ranch dressing. Covers up the “pork
    rind” taste and helps satisfy those chip cravings I still get!

    Mine does … and she is only 4… she is a tiny little thing… she’s
    ony 35 pounds (gained 1/2 pound since last years doc visit)… She very
    active and could eat all day and work off that food easily… but I
    don’t let her snack all day and eat crap anymore… well I never really
    have. I don’t want her to get my crappy eatting habits. If she’s hungry,
    I open a can of green beans and she’ll eat those, or some fresh
    tomatoes…. a sting cheese or apple sauce. Usually no complaints but if
    she wines that she wants some of her Disney Princess fruit snacks and
    not the choices I offer, I walk away and tell her she’s not as hungry as
    I thought. Then again, if I let her eat those fruit snacks, I know I’ll
    want some… do you know a little bag of those buggers are 32 carbs!!!!
    Holy cow! So it’s real easy for me to tell her no, LOL…
    Good luck with your kids… It’s amazing how their junk food is so
    tastey…. LOL. Like I said, I fall into the fruit snack trap… Fruit
    snacks.. how misleading!
