Arbys can give you a nutritional information sheet on thier menu items. Or,
they can at least look it up for you. I have asked them to check on carb
content for me.. Seems like I recall that their meats ARE zero, or very very low
carb count.

    The Arbys in my area offer “low C’arbys” items, basically the sandwiches
    without the bread, and some salads.. They have the nutritional info for them
    too.
