Total “L.A.”
Step 1 is admitting you have a problem…
#1) Hello, my name is nichole and I have an exercising problem! I CAN’T!!!
Some days I get myself totally motivated and something comes up and I
can’t exercise… and other days I just say “F” it… I don’t wanna. My
weight loss is going fine… without exercising…. so i find it really
easy to brush it off. Last week I got myself so motivated, I went and
bought a work out DVD, 2 - 3lb weights and one of those rubber band
thingies…. Oh! I even bought a toning ball! My daughter gets more use
out of those things than I do… she thinks they are her toys, LOL…
Seriously though… Right now I am in a relatively good mood and can’t
wait to go home and work out… but then I get there and I want to just
sit and do NOTHING!!! I’m sure others experience the same thing and I
guess I just have to force myself….
*sigh* Guess this more of just a “whine” posting…. one of these day’s
I’ll get my butt in gear…. I feel like such a l@zy @ss (L.A.)…. But
today I feel completely different bout it.. I was at 6-Flags all day
yesterday … walking around …. I came home and was as tired as can
be… but I will say this… I haven’t slept that good in a loooooong
time. I actually woke up on the first alarm… I didn’t hit my snooze
button 15 times.
