Ingredients read as follows: water, lemon juice concentrate, orange pulp,
citric acid, natural flavours, locust bean gum, sodium citrate, gum arabic,
ascorbic acid, Xanthan gum, saib stabilizer, sunflower oil, sucralose (Splenda
brand), glycerol ester of wood rosin, acesulfame potassium, maltol and guar gum.
mmm…after reading that even the nice taste doesn’t stop me from thinking it
is a frankenjuice…will be interested to hear your take on this.

Okay I finally decided to try the Hood lemonade. It has no sugar so I
thought it might be okay…it is more than okay…it tastes like real
lemonade…maybe a little more syrupy in texture but only slightly and
definitely
citrus-like in taste…the lemon flavour really comes through. The other
flavours are
ruby red grapefruit, banana/strawberry and orange juice. All Atkins approved.
Lu
when you have that obsession with food(which probably wont last for TOOO
long) i say eat more. Just make sure its atkins approved. maybe try upping
your protien and fat…maybe you arent getting enough calories… track your
food in fitday, insuring you calories are 10-12x your body weight and the
breakdown should be 60-70% fat 20 - 30 % protien and about 10% carbs,,, also
you might wanna try l-gludimine for cravings.

I am stressed beyond belief.
I have a sick parent I am caretaking for, a full-time job, and getting married
in 2
months. I have these huge urges to EAT all the time, and I cant seem to stop
eating.
I know Atkins works for me, but I just can’t seem to get on track.
I am walking 5 x per week.
Anyone else feel like they have an obsession with food? I just want to get it
out of my
mind!
here are my ratios for the past three days:

4 cups cooked chicken cubed
2 stalks celery chopped
1/4 c minced onion
1 cup real mayo
1 cup cheddar cheese
Mix all ingred. in bowl, saving back a bit of cheese.
Pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle on remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 for 15 mins. or until hot and bubbly.
This is EXCELLENT! I’ve also varied it by adding artichokes,
or broccoli, or black olives, last time I made it I used spinach and
artichoke hearts, by far my favorite now! This week I’m going to try
roasted red peppers. The sky’s the limit on how you can vary it.
Its so easy and quick to make too!
Have also taken this to pot luck lunches and it’s a real hit!
A day without laughter, is a day wasted.
