Hey Everyone!

I’m new here…I started Atkins July 5, 2004 and I’ve lost about 23-
25 lbs, but things are starting to slow down now.I’m starting to feel
a little down about that, but I try on jeans that I use to could not
wear and now they’re too big! So overall I am very happy with it, but
I still miss my favorite foods!! School is starting soon and I’m not
sure how I’m gonna continue with it sucessfully while Im away from
home. College students are known for eating in a care free manner due
to a lot things, b/c last year, I didnt eat right, but thank goodness
I didnt gain the Freshman 15..Any suggestions.
