Maybe a better idea would be to list what YOU are eating and maybe some of
us might be able to give you a few pointers…i generally eat 3 scrambled
eggs and 4 strips of bacon OR and omlette with 3 eggs, 1/2 an avacado, about
a tablespoon of tomato, diced and lotsa cheese…Lunch is usually chicken or
tuna salad and some spinach ( i love spinach)or left overs from the night
before tossed into a salad….dinner i usually have taco salad (dont use the
packaged seasonings, actual spices taste soo much better), or fajita type
stuff..sliced steak or chicken sauteed with red/green peppers and onions and
spinach and mushrooms and spices, or the same veggies sauteed with spicy
italian sausage and NO spices…or i have stirfried beef and broccoli, or
roasted chicken or thinly pounded chicken breast stuffed with herbed cream
cheese and bacon or “heroin” chicken and veggies i tend to stick mostly to
dark green leafies. i sautee spinach with olive oil and garlic, i sauteed
zucchini and mushroom with olive oli and garlic and also add in some dill
and red pepper flakes, i sautee baby bok choy in olive oil and a little
butter and add garlic and red pepper flakes or i have a great recipie for a
brocoli salad that i’ll have to post once i find it or i have lasagnamade
with zucchini or eggplant. for snacks i have whipped cream, or pepperoni
crisped up in the mirowave, or cheese cooked until hard in the microwave
(tastes like a giant ritz cracker to me) i also make these as a base for
“pizza” with low carb tomato sauce (really check the ingredients for sugar)
and pepperoni. or i have pork rindswith sour cream and taco spices (mainly
cumin with some paprika, ONION salt (it does need the salt or else its very
bland), cayanne pepper and chili powder), beef jerky….raspberry cream
cheese bites(SF rasperry jello, boiling h20 and creamcheese). i might also
have a japanese cuke salad as a snack or left overs from supper…etc
but really, post your menu and we can all see if we spot the culprit or
something that maybe stalling you
