daily foods

I am at a stall again. Can those of you who are losing (no matter how slowly)
post a sample of a day’s plan that you eat? IT would help out.
Thanks,
Mary

    Here’s my usual:
breakfast - 3 hard boiled eggs
snack - 3 slices cold crispy bacon or else a few pieces of string
    cheese.
lunch - either 2 cups baby butter lettuce with 1T no-carb ranch
dressing, or else 1 cup green pepper slices and 1 cup cucumber slices
I then add either a big piece of leftover cooked chicken from the
night before, or 2 sundried tomato turkey sausages (the kind with NO
sugar or dextrose added!), or a big pile of deli turkey slices (no
sugar :), or sliced pepperoni. Also one Diet Rite soda (sweetened
    with Splenda)
snack - 2 slices of Peppermint Patties (I think I got this from this
    list):
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 cup butter
    2 pkgs. Splenda
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    Pam spray
Mix ingredients thoroughly with fork. Place in 8″ pan sprayed with
Pam. Cut in 2″ squares. Keep in freezer. .5 gram per serving.
dinner - 1 cup of allowed veggies and a meat dish. My favorite,
which I make with either chicken or pork is (not sure where I got
    this recipe - sorry!):
1 pound of meat of choice
    2 tablespoons of Splenda
3 tablespoons of vinegar (I use sugar-free rice wine vinegar)
4 tablespoons of soy sauce (I use tamari)
    5 tablespoons of water
brown the meat in some oil, then add the rest of the ingredients and
bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer until meat is cooked and sauce
    has thickened.
snack - sometimes I will have a frozen coffee drink. Whenever I have
leftover coffee, I pour it into an ice cube tray. Then when I want a
snack, I toss a few cubes into my food processor, with a couple of
Splenda packets and when its all pureed, I drizzle in a little heavy
cream. YUM. Especially nice when I use frozen hazelnut coffee cubes.
    Hope that helps!
