Sweet Tangy Spicy BBQ Sauce Wingettes
8-10 chiken wingettes thawed
season wings to taste
deep fry in olive oil or vegtable oil until golden brown
(wings come out just as crispy as if you fried them in flour!)
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of carb options bbq sauce
2 tablespoons of hot sauce (can be adjusted more or less depending on your
taste buds)
1-2 packets of splenda
combine all ingredients in a sauce pan simmmer for 5-10 minutes put wings in
the sauce pan stir or shake until they are covered with sauce . bake wings in
the oven for 10 minutes on 400 degrees.
