Fat or Calories?

Quick question for ya’all…..with induction and eating the low carb/Atkins way,
should actual # of carbs per day mean more than the amounts of fat or vice
versa? I know in the end it is all about balance, but I am bored at work and
wanted to write! LOL
Example:
For breakfast, 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 tblsp mayo (egg salad) - 4 carbs at the
most maybe?
For lunch, 2 cups mixed salad greens, oil/vinegar dressing, beef/pork strips
(plain, cooked with just salt/pepper), sliced hardboiled egg, 1 cup of winter
squash. - 15 carbs total for lunch?
I am already at the 20 mark (or close to it) - starving and in retrospect, very
little fat. So do I go home tonight and eat nothing but meat and chicken?
Let me know your thoughts, thanks everyone!!!!!
Shari :)

Well I am going to buy the Atkins diet book on Saturday. My husband Robert
got the Diet Rite drinks and the Coca Cola C2. Hope this works. My husband
needs to loose 100 lbs and I need to loose 30 lbs.
It sure would help the pain in his back if this diet really works.
Might need some help from you all.
