having a tough time..

getting myself back on this WOE…. Ugh. The thing is; Iknow it’sout of
pure laziness! not that I find the foods hard to stick with or anything
like that… I’ve gotten lazy! How sad is that?! I am not home 4 nights
a week (I work from 7am to 3pm and have school from 4:00pm to 10pm… so
I end up driving through taco bell and what not. LUCKILY I have not
gained any weight (not sure HOW) over the last 2 weeks… but I am
starting to get mad at myself for being off of it.
I sleep awful and I feel like crap since going back to the crappy way of
eating (CWOE) …. It’s not hard to get OFF of the CWOE, it’s finding
time to get myself back ON the GOOD WOE…. Hell, I haven’t been able to
get to the grocery store in 2 weeks! I am out of fresh produce…. all
that’s left is all of the “bed” stuff in my pantry…
Ok… MUST GET UNLAZY!!!!! I was going to run by the grocery store
before work this am but I was so tired I only made it to the gas
station. So determined to get back on this I bought a package of bacon
and cheese from there!!! Hey, it’s beats the McDonalds I’ve been eatting
thats right next door!

eatting witha fork and knife while driving is not real easy…. hence
the usefulness of the all nighty bun… I have the will… it’s finding
    the way… back.

Part of our original problem with fast food is eating it while we are
driving. We need to learn better eating habits. Take 20 minutes, go inside the
restaurant, and sit down and eat properly. If you stuff food down while you are
driving you are not really conscious of what you are eating, you won’t be as
satisfied, and you won’t change any of your old bad habits.
Be more aware of what you are eating, when you are eating, where you are
eating and why you are eating. It really makes a difference. McDonald’s will
wrap the sandwiches in lettuce, if you simple hate to use a fork and a knife,
    but
please stop and slow down and eat properly. Sure it takes a little more
time, and you might have to reschedule your life a little bit, but it’s worth
    it.
Examine your old habits… change the bad ones. You CAN do it.
    Food for thought….
