Just an observation…

I don’t know how you ladies do it! I have been low carbin’ for a couple
months and very little weight loss (12lbs, if that). I drink all my
water, go to the gym (1 hour @ 3x’s/weekly), eat the bigger carby meals
for lunch, lite dinners, rarely going over 30 carbos per day. Ok, sounds
perfect? What the hell is wrong with this picture? I have used fitday
and the only thing I can come up with is TOO MANY CALORIES. We are told
in the book not to worry so much about that, but when you are a
recovering food addict like myself and have to be “snackin” on something
all day…..that pound of bacon or block of cream cheese that says ZERO
sure adds up. Don’t let that fool you. There is a bigger picture
here……….carbs and cals count!
Just an observation in case any others are having the same issues.
The solution to this problem? Fill thine mouth with toothpicks or
something other than FOOD!! LOL
