Dessert - quick!

What kind of dessert item can I have on Induction that is LEGAL? Any
ideas?
Help - I have a sweet tooth!

    Be VERY careful with the sugar free puddings. While they may be sugar free,
    they certainly aren’t carb free. Read the labels. Most contain corn starch.
    I’d certainly avoid them during Induction. You might want to see if you
    can’t find an alternative recipe and make your own. Perhaps a mousse or
    cheesecake type dessert instead of a pudding.
