New to the board

Hi everyone!
I’m new here! Just started Atkins on New Years Day. I really don’t
have much to lose as I’m not that big to begin with, but I’m liking
this plan so far. I was a major carb addict so this is a big change
for me. Looking forward to chatting with you!

    Yes, I am very petite. Just a little over 5 ft so any amount of extra
    weight really shows on me. I’m 34 and finding that the older I get,
    the harder it is to lose!! Have a great day!
