My Diet
Well today I weighed in for the 1st time since I started Atkins on
Monday and I have lost 6 lbs even though I did 34 carbs on Wednesday.
Diet has not bothered me that much either.
Can you stay on induction longer than 2 weeks? Is it harmful?

Well I am still on induction and it has been 1 month and 2 days.
The fist week I lost 9 lbs and then nothing for 2 weeks; not even any
inches gone at all. I am very strict on this diet and have not
deterred from it since the scewup I did on the first week.
As of today I have lost 12 lbs. (1 mont 2 days later)
Do you think I will start loosing again? I have no idea why I did
not loose for 2 weeks and there was no inches going away either?

Julie,
Have you entered your meals into fitday to see exactly where you stand?
That would show you if you are eating too many or not enough calories, too
much protein and not enough fat, etc. Are you drinking coffee, using cream,
eating “low carb” bars or other products? Those are all things to think
about.

Thanks Victoria. That really helps. I was so depressed to see no
weight or inches going off. I don’t have my book anymore because the
dog runined it. I know THE DOG ATE MY HOMEWORK, but it is true. I
have 8 dogs and all are show dogs but my rescue LAB. HAHA
I will wait and keep on. But SUNDAY, I am going off for the 1 day
only. SUPER BOWL MEAL is a icon around my house. So I will blow it
for the 1 day. I think after 5 weeks it should not hurt me much.

That is what we eat for this SPECIAL DAY. All of it is homemade and
OH SO YMMY!!
But back on the ATKINS on Monday and going to stay on induction until
I loose all the DAM WEIGHT. HAHA

I enter everything I eat on Fit Day. Sometimes I have to shove
something down my throat to just get enough calories. I am averaging
1300 a day now. That is alot for me.
I do not eat any calorie bars and I drink Decafe Coffe with NO CREAM
and only Splenda.
