Do you remember getting weak in the beginnning. I”m on day 12 and I am
feeling less tired during the day, but when I work out at night I am so weak!
I
am still forcing myself to work out, but my legs feel very fatigued. I run, so
that’s a big problem. Yesterday, I started taking potassium, magnesium, and
calcium and did feel a little better. I haven’t had the big burst of energy
people talk about. Believe it or not, I battle depression, and my mood is
better. So, I’m not going to give Atkins up, but I really want to stop feeling
weak!
I don’t know that the increased energy some feel would be described as a
“big burst of energy”. For me, it was just feeling better and having more
energy in general.
But, if you are eating enough food, getting all your veggies in, taking your
multivitamins, and drinking enough water, you should start feeling better
soon.
Have you tried _www.fitday.com_ (http://www.fitday.com) yet? Do you know
if you are eating enough? Is your calorie count at 10 to 12 times your body
weight? What about your fat/protein/carb percentages?
Once you get all that worked out, you should start feeling better.
Which multivitamin are you taking? Are you taking Atkins Basic 3 and
Essential Oils? That’s the very minimum you should be taking. The Atkins
supplements can be a little pricey, depending on where you buy them. I take a
*plain
wrap* version of them available at Vitamin World. (It’s their store brand.)
