Nut Butters

after stirring and stirring, the top layers were dry, and the lower layers
were so oily they were inedible. I would love to use nut betters
(sparingly, of course) later …but won’t because I will *not* sacrifice
good taste. I would rather go without than deceive myself in that way.

What works for us (I don’t use them myself, but my little girl does) is to
store them upside down in the fridge, and then the oil seems to get more
evenly distributed. When you turn them right side up to use them, just give it
a
little stir, and then put them back in the fridge upside down.

Thanks, Laura. Like I said …later, and very sparingly …but this is a
good thing, especially for a peanut butter woman (formerly, that is, LOL.)
