		<description>Depending on how far you are in your goal, you can use lo carb tortilla
wraps/.... mine are 3 carbs each. not bad.... But today for lunch, I am
using swiss cheese. I am spooning little bits out and wrapping it up in
swiss chese. Hmm... now that I think about it, I wish I had a few
avacado slices or tomato slices to put in there. That would be mighty
tastey!
The beauty about this diet, there is lots of room for creativity!
