		<description>hi I'm new to Atkins and i need help on starting. I'm 27 years old who weighs
153 I'm 5 feet even. i had my third son on august 25, 2004. my goal weight is
125. how do you start, how do you know which are good and bad carbs. what about
the products you see on the restaurants and the grocery store. how do you know
you had to much. i hope it makes sense.
