		<description>Hey Shari!
You are doing better than me - since Jan 3 until Monday, I have lost 7
pounds (10 1/2 if you count my up and down during week 3). I averaged 1385
calories a day (though I try hard every 3 or 4 days to have a -for me- high
calorie day), 14 net carbs a day, been doing all my supplements, much better
than average on liquids, yadda yadda. Last week I felt the same way you did
- dog tired. I have realized that I have this hormonal thing, and a week
before TOM, I get dog tired. Can yours be hormones?? Also, have you ever
checked your temp? I was also struggling with my thyroid (low body temp is
how I monitor it). If your temp is down, NOTHING gives you energy. NOTHING.
I would take 10 a month all day long ... that's 50 pounds by June 1,
right??? (and no saggy skin from drastic losses). I'll gladly take that!!
It's all in the long-term perspective, right?!
Big Hugs, Kristina (who is eagerly waiting, with her spoon, for her coconut
oil ....)</description>
