CCLL
I wonder if any of you are starting to get some kind of idea of what
you think you CCLL will be when you leave the induction phase???
I’m seeing that if I go over 15g. carb/day, I stall. I have
hypothyroidism and take Rx for it, so I know that makes it tougher
for me, but I’m wondering if you all are starting to see a trend too?

Once you get done reading the Induction section of your DANDR, move on to
reading about OWL, Pre-Maintenance and Maintenance, and the logic behind the
science of the Atkins WOL (Way of Life) will start to become crystal clear.
CCLL is Critical Carbohydrate Level for Losing
CCLM is Critical Carbohydrate Level for Maintenance
As you progress through OWL (Ongoing Weight Loss), you will start to
determine your CCLL. This is one reason why it is encouraged to move on to OWL
before you get too close to your goal, so you can successfully determine your
CCLL and your CCLM.
